Job Description

The team is developing a software platform to provide flexible functionality for biometric identification KYC, document issuance, and others; the solution will be integrated with third-party systems, biometric equipment, and other equipment such as self-services Kiosks, e-Gates, and devices for biometry enrollment. There is a lab with equipment based in the Germany location.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
• 3+ years of experience with developing commercial applications on .NET
• Understanding of and experience working with C#
• Experience in .NET Core Web API
• Practical experience working with Oracle DB and EF Core
• Experience interfacing with building API and consuming API with different protocols — REST, GRPC
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GitLab and Github
• Familiarity with Docker, Docker Compose, NuGets
• Understanding of basic design patterns
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with a team
• English — Upper-Intermediate (ability to read, write professional documentation, and take part in meetings)
• Readiness for business trips around the world (including exotic countries where it is safe to travel)

Preferred

• Practical experience with x.509 certificates and cryptography
• Ability to integrate hardware using manufacturer SDK documentation and examples as well as the ability to integrate hardware with third-party SDK and services working with support
• Experience in BMP systems

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions based on .NET Core Web API, EF Core, and Oracle
• Building UI using Angular framework
• Camunda BPM system integration
• Participate in grooming, planning, and estimation sessions
