Technologies

You’ll be using the app, which allows you to download information about organizations and health professionals. In particular, BulkLoader is a tool that allows downloading of large amounts of data (millions of records). It is built on Heroku applications, uses S3 as source data storage, PostgreSQL for data processing. Implemented now on Golang, it will be rewritten on Node.js with your help and improved (improved performance, new features, usability, testing).

Requirements:

— Experience with PostgreSQL or other RDB is a plus;

— Experience with Heroku and AWS is a plus;

— English — Intermediate (B1 and higher).

Responsibilities:

— Migrate the functionality written in Golang to Node.js;

— Provide modular, extendable, maintainable code;

— Communicate directly to customer for tasks and clarifications;

— Provide 100% unit test coverage, do performance testing.
