Необхідні навички

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong English speaker and excellent communicator.
1-2 years’ experience in an office/admin environment.
• Maintain adaptability and implement changes quickly and efficiently.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Forms & SharePoint, Jira, and WordPress.
• Project management experience a plus.
• Design tools (Adobe Photoshop/Figma) a plus.

Обов’язки

• Contribute to new team members onboardings: providing access, corporate branding, and corporate marketing portal training, as well as whatever else is requested.
• Manage marketing team SharePoint portal; this may require collaboration with IT department from time to time.
• Manage incoming requests from other departments [Microsoft Forms/JIRA] on the behalf of the marketing team and serve as traffic cop to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion.
• Set tasks and supervise contractors/agencies via external project management tool [JIRA] and participate in weekly calls, ensure work is completed in a timely fashion.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of new initiatives based on business needs as required.
• Assist in automation and streamlining marketing department processes.
• Maintain Case Study Data base on the SharePoint.
• Compile and present reports as requested.
• Oversee all online listings (e.g., social media, Google My Business, etc.).
• Maintain website property listing.
• Post to corporate WordPress site as requested.
• Work with corporate and regional business units with marketing/branding advisory support.

This job requires a high energy person who views challenges as opportunities. You see yourself as a problem solver! Working as a support member of the marketing team, you will have responsibilities for managing all corporate listings (LinkedIn, Google My Business, etc.), the marketing department SharePoint portal and serve as traffic manager for incoming requests from other departments as well as providing support in managing contractors/agencies providing development and design services for Customertimes.
