Bachelor Degree in Information Systems / Information Technologies or similar
3+/4+ years in a similar position
Experience in different SDLC Methodologies: Agile (SCRUM, Kanban), Waterfall
Experience in new project initiation and building all development process from the scratch
Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
Experience in negotiating vendor contracts, drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary
Previous experience in CRM implementation projects

Manage project presale activities in cooperation with sales and account managers
Analyze customer needs and define project goals
Prepare detailed project plan for new opportunities
Identify the most efficient development approach and negotiate it with the customer
Promote best practices and recommended approaches across all new projects
Support and supervise other PMs during the initiation phase of new projects
Support Sales team in process-related sales materials preparation
Contribute to the company’s PMO framework by validation, updating and creation of possible best practices, recommended approaches, processes, etc.
