Необхідні навички

— Bachelor Degree in Information Systems / Information Technologies or similar
— 3+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
— Experience with projects focused on integration and/or commerce are very welcomed
— Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
— Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
— Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
— Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
— Experience in successfully leading projects to on-time, on-schedule, and within budget close
— Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project team sizes
— Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
— Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies

— Be responsible for successful release delivery
— Provide leadership for the project team
— Motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
— Report on project results, deliverables and metrics
— Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
— Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
— Identify appropriate resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes
— Monitor staff performance
— Evaluate and mitigate project risks and issues
— Understand and address customer goals
— Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
— Manage project budget
— Manage communications with the customer
— Establish practices, templates, policies and tools required for the project success
