Business Developer (Cold Caller)

  • What do we want from you?

We are looking for a motivated cold caller to join our sales team. As a cold caller, you will be responsible for introducing prospects to the services of CPCS over the phone and scheduling intro meetings with them for our CBDO, CTO and CSO.

  • What you will be doing?
  • Conduct outbound cold calls on a daily basis to potential clients using a provided leads list
  • Introduce and explain CPCS’ services in a clear and engaging manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule follow-up calls or meetings with qualified leads.
  • Record call outcomes and maintain notes of interactions in Notion
  • Participate in daily sync ups to provide feedback and updates to the rest of the sales team
  • Who you are?
  • Experienced of performing a client-facing role working as a sales representative, customer service/support representative or similar;
  • Familiar with CRM software and lead tracking;
  • Possessing strong active listening and objection handling skills;
  • Available to work during peak North American business hours
  • Experienced in cold outbound calling
  • Experienced in working with North American clients
