— Relevant work experience in the financial services industry — you need to know people and companies
— Good understanding the needs of payments infrastructure for high-risk businesses — 6051 and 6012 should ring the bell
— Exceptional communication skills — you’ll negotiate a lot including with
— Ability to manage many different stakeholders with, at times, competing priorities — you’ll need to coordinate complex cascading systems for multiple legal entities
— Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

— Identify & develop relationships with key solution partners (acquiring and treasury)
— Identify and develop new offerings to collaborate with our partners to drive industry leadership and new business opportunities
— Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal teams (including risk, compliance, product, finance) on maintain and improve the partnership
— Negotiate contracts and close agreements
— Monitor acceptance/decline rates and manage cascading system

— Optimise money flow to minimise costs (FX, fees, etc) and maximise acceptance rates
