Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment in iGaming and Affiliate Marketing (a plus).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices.
- English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, ensuring a competitive hiring approach.
