• Familiarity with recruitment in iGaming and Affiliate Marketing (a plus).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices.
• English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, ensuring a competitive hiring approach.
• Drive employer branding initiatives.
