Android Team Lead (ASO, iGaming) (вакансія неактивна)

We are seeking an experienced Android Team Lead to guide and inspire our dynamic development team. In this leadership role, you will take ownership of building and delivering cutting-edge Android applications with a strong focus on iGaming, affiliate marketing and ASO. You will ensure technical excellence, scalability, and compliance while mentoring your team and driving projects to success.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in WebView Android application development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing and delivering iGaming and affiliate marketing products (this is a must).
• Strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK and other core Android frameworks.
• Experience with Appsflyer, Onesignal, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK and other relevant tools.
• Proven track record of publishing applications on the Google Play Store and navigating the approval process successfully.
• Experience in collaborating closely with ASO and media buying departments.
• Proven track record of working with multiple traffic sources: Facebook Ads, Google UAC, In-App etc.
• Experience in building and managing a continuous pipeline of multiple sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Android development team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Design and implement WebView Android applications tailored to iGaming and affiliate marketing needs.
• Manage the app submission process, achieving high approval rates by adhering to Google Play Store requirements and efficiently resolving issues or rejections.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers and ASO specialists.
• Constant looking for new approaches in development and publishing
