We are seeking an experienced Android Team Lead to guide and inspire our dynamic development team. In this leadership role, you will take ownership of building and delivering cutting-edge iOS applications with a strong focus on iGaming, affiliate marketing and ASO. You will ensure technical excellence, scalability, and compliance while mentoring your team and driving projects to success.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Android application development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing and delivering iGaming and affiliate marketing products (this is a must).
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Java, with a comprehensive understanding of the Android ecosystem.
• Experience with Social Networks APIs (e.g., Appsflyer, Onesignal, Firebase Analytics).
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing SDKs (e.g., Facebook SDK) and other relevant tools.
• Proven track record of publishing applications on the Google Play Store and navigating the approval process successfully.
• Experience collaborating with backend teams and integrating APIs.
• Deep knowledge of Android SDK, Room Database, and other core Android frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of ASO iGaming compliance requirements and industry trends.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, and Dagger/Hilt.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Android development team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance iOS applications tailored to iGaming and affiliate marketing needs.
• Set up apps from scratch, ensuring seamless integration with affiliate SDKs and compliance with App Store guidelines.
• Manage the app submission process, achieving high approval rates by adhering to Google Play Store requirements and efficiently resolving issues or rejections.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure robust delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Android technologies, tools, and trends, ensuring the team applies best practices and innovative solutions.
• Define coding standards, optimize workflows, and drive technical excellence across the team.
