Required:
— 5-7 years of team management experience
— Strong technical proficiency (web projects)
— Strong leadership and communication skills
— Аbility to communicate effectively in sensitive situations
— Excellent project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management
— Business understanding: ability to understand client profitability and how tasks/projects impact how profitable a client is for Talkable
— Advanced English communication skills: both written and spoken English (needs to be able to speak with clients, when necessary, and able to communicate with the US team comfortably and effectively)

Preferred:
— Experience with SaaS platforms
— Engineering experience

You will be managing a team who is responsible for the execution of tasks for existing clients including implementation, design, front-end development and QA.
You will be delivering projects from start to finish — SOW, scoping, V1, iterations, QA, final review, delivery
Specific work includes:
— Managing a team of 9+ people
— Managing the professional services budget and ensuring that all projects are profitable
— Scoping potential projects for the Sales, Success and Onboarding teams
