Upper-Intermediate/Advanced written English
Strong communication and analytical skills
Understanding the IT field
Knowledge of freelance/remote work platforms
Experience with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc.
Understanding the difference between UI/UX, front-end, back-end
Understanding “sales funnel”
Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business
Skills in effective communication, building business communications
Stress resistance, self-organization, focus on the result, desire to work and earn

Extending the existing client base using freelance platforms
Establishing contacts with new customers
Analyze IT needs of clients
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Manage contract negotiations, answer typical customer questions;
Analysis & Increase in sales of the company (cross sales)
Proper handling of internal documentation
