Implement and support SCRUM processes in accordance with project needs, define and refine Agile metrics to understand team performance, facilitate Scrum Events as requested/needed
Ensure projects are implemented on-time and in alignment with strategic and tactical goals of the company/customer
Manage project risks
People management/team motivation
Monitor key performance indicators, perform data analyses, and report project status and success metrics to leadership
Travel to the customer if required
Manage stakeholders’ expectations
