— Sales/Service Cloud certification;
— Experience with Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity, Order Management, Leads, and Communities;
— Experience with Salesforce Lightning;
— Salesforce integrations: SOAP, REST, File integration;
— Dashboards, Reports creation using standard Salesforce tools;
— Understanding of basic ETL standards, methodologies, guidelines & design techniques;
— Vast experience with database and with database objects;
— HTML5/JavaScript based responsive UX;
— Familiar with Salesforce DX methodology;
— Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language;
— Strong customer service orientation;
— Proactively assess infrastructure for problems and ways to increase efficiency, reliability, and capacity -planning to meet escalating business demands;

— Conduct License model and architecture review;
— Develop Partner and Customer Community and Force.com sites;
— Evaluate work results and provide required guidance;
— Develop end-to-end apps for AppExchange;
— Introduce Continuous Deployment processes and setting up;
— Follow-up customers to identify areas of improvement;
— Bringing ideas for process or efficiency improvements to supervisor;
