Lead Generation Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Crystal Logic is an outsource web and mobile development company working in e-commerce, blockchain, and fintech.
We want to expand the team and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. This is a part-time position (with the opportunity for full-time after the probation period) at the office that is located in Lviv.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role;
  • Understanding of IT industry and sales pipeline;
  • Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Docs);
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills;
  • Good analytical and research skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to switch between topics quickly;
  • English — B1 or higher.

Will be a plus:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn functionality and lead generation tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in pair with Business Development Manager and Lead Generation Specialist;
  • Searching for new prospects for the company;
  • Communicating with leads and prospects (email, LinkedIn, social outreach, follow-ups, drip campaigns);
  • Working with CRM ( updating accounts, contacts, organizations, etc.);
  • Set up meetings with leads;
  • Working with various online tools and databases to generate leads;
  • Reports preparation based on the work results.
