— 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience;

— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
— Wide network and good understanding of local IT community;
— Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines;
— Ability to find necessary information and to solve tasks youself;
— English Upper-Intermediate.
