— 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience;
— desire to become a sub-leader and expand your area of ​​responsibility;
— Ability to present programming technologies you’ve already worked with;
— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
— Wide network and good understanding of local IT community;
— Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines;
— Ability to find necessary information and to solve tasks youself;
— English Upper-Intermediate.
