Requirements:
— 2+ years of work experience in the position of Project Manager/Scrum Master in the IT field
— Experience in building and optimizing development processes
— Experience in managing project scope of work, changes, dependencies, risks
— Experience in building a balanced team, including the hiring process
— Experience in managing several projects and a team of more than 5 participants
— Experience in working with confidential information
— High level of communication skills and self-organization
— To be attentive to details, attention to details, scrupulousness and a clear vision of the result
— Communication and leadership qualities
— Ability to manage tasks from start to finish

Responsibilities:
— Construction of the development process from the beginning of the formation of the team to the release into production with further support
— Work with the internal customer on the formation and prioritization of requirements
— Work with the team on requirements decomposition, time estimates, development schedule formation
— Monitoring the development process and regular reporting on progress
— Working with team motivation
— Conflict management
— Risk management
— Implementation of project implementation deadlines.
— Communication with sales and marketing departments
— Finding and fixing problem areas of the product
— Submission of ideas for product improvement
— Tracking and analysis of the obtained results
— Preparation of the necessary reports on the work performed
