— At least 2 years on a similar position acting as direct client peer
— Understanding of software development life-cycles
— Working knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, TFS, BugTracker, MS Project or others.
— Understanding of offshore software development specifics
— Highly developed oral and written communication skills
— Ability to develop a good rapport with all the stakeholders
— English — upper-intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
— Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
— Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science, or similar
— Certificates on courses and trainings in the field of HR or Project management
Responsibilities:
— Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with assigned clients that lead to partnership and mutual benefits
— Proactively work on new cooperation opportunities and develop business with the client
— Investigate customer industry, business environment, rivals; its profile, internal organizational structure, stakeholders, processes and other customer related data
— Monitor and control client’s satisfaction with provided services and keeps it at high level according to the company standards
— Control financial relationships with the client. Meet assigned expectations for profitability
— Serves as primary point of contact for the client regarding project information and updates
— Ensure that stakeholders are regularly updated on the status of all sites in project through meetings, correspondence and status trackers
— Forecast, track and manage resource planning
— Identify project resources necessary and partner with other company managers to acquire resources
— Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team. Promote effective individual and team performance
— Mentor team members and support their professional growth
— Track internal project team assignments
— Monitoring of the team states and specialists states inside these teams to identify and prevent risks and their consequences (dismissal, professional burnout, conflicts, etc.);
— Informing and consulting specialists about the features of social and remuneration policies of the company, etc.;
— Takes part in organization and conducting Team Buildings, according to the needs and the current team state
