As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery processes for engineers assigned to client accounts within an outstaff / dedicated team model.
You will ensure operational excellence, financial accuracy, transparent communication, and high engineer engagement while proactively managing risks and supporting account scalability.
Responsibilities
Delivery & Resource Management
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery for outstaffed engineers assigned to client accounts
- Monitor resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning
- Track and manage Delivery Profit Margin (DPM) across allocated resources
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and SLA requirements
- Proactively identify delivery risks (performance, engagement, retention) and implement mitigation actions
Hiring & Onboarding Coordination
- Manage hiring processes in collaboration with recruitment and client stakeholders (vacancy clarification, interview coordination, offer alignment)
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned engineers
People & Performance Management
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to ensure engagement, performance alignment, and early risk detection
- Collect, document, and follow up on client feedback and performance evaluations
- Support structured performance discussions and development alignment
Financial & Operational Control
- Handle rate negotiations, salary reviews, and compensation adjustments in alignment with company policies and client agreements
- Prepare and validate monthly invoices based on timesheets and contractual terms
- Track and ensure timesheet submission accuracy and compliance
Client Communication & Account Support
- Maintain transparent communication between engineers, clients, finance, and management
- Support account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and resource scaling needs
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in IT project coordination, resource management, or delivery management
- Proven experience working in an outstaff / dedicated team model
- Experience coordinating hiring processes in collaboration with recruitment teams
- Experience in client-facing roles within outsourcing or IT services companies
- Strong understanding of IT delivery processes and SDLC
- Experience managing resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning
- Experience preparing and validating invoices based on timesheets and contractual terms
- Strong written and verbal client communication skills
- Ability to conduct structured 1:1 meetings and performance discussions
- Experience in collecting and formalizing client feedback
- Ability to manage cross-functional communication between engineers, finance, HR, and sales
