The ideal candidate for our Customer Support team is a cheerful, friendly English- and Ukrainian-speaking individual who enjoys working with technology 👩🏻💻.
We would love to get to know you if you:
✔️ speak Ukrainian)
✔️ have Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (our clients are worldwide, so communication is in English only)
✔️ are familiar with the basics of working with software and technical support
✔️ can quickly grasp new information and understand users’ technical issues
✔️ have a customer-oriented mindset and willingness to help others
✔️ are ready and able to travel abroad for extended periods
✔️ have experience working with technology or experience in learning about it
You will be working on:
👉 resolving customer inquiries via email, online chat
👉 making calls to customers (after the trial period) to address their queries
👉 conveying feedback from customers to the development team
Your talent for listening to users, reading between the lines to identify their problems, and your ability to clearly explain and quickly find solutions will be extremely valuable to us.
