Automation QA Team Lead (Remote)

We are currently looking for a strong Automation QA Team Lead who will lead our QA automation direction, manage a QA team, and improve overall product quality and testing practices.

What you’ll do

• Build and improve test automation strategy and processes
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of QA Engineers
• Conduct code reviews and support engineers’ growth
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites
• Improve QA practices, tools, and test coverage
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
• Participate in release planning and risk assessment

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation
• 1+ year of experience in a QA Lead or similar role
• Strong Python skills (must-have)
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Pytest
• Experience with API testing
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience designing and maintaining test automation architecture
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing
• Experience with cloud environments
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
