We’ve been doing this for over 10 years, and now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring that clients have the best experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Client Relationships: Be the main person clients reach out to for organizational aspects, ensuring they’re happy with our services.
- Help Coordinate Service Delivery: Work with our team to make sure client requests and issues are handled quickly and effectively.
- Look for Opportunities to Improve: Identify ways to enhance the customer experience and offer additional services when it’s a good fit.
- Stay in Touch: Keep clients updated on any changes, new services, or important updates.
- Gather Feedback: Listen to clients’ concerns, make sure we’re doing things right, and suggest ways to improve.
- Manage Support Plans and contracts: Ensure clients have the right support plans and help with renewals.
- Solve Problems: Address any issues clients have promptly and professionally to keep them satisfied.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in client relationship would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills: You should be able to explain things clearly and listen to clients’ needs.
- You’re good at building relationships and ensuring clients are satisfied.
- You’re organized and can handle multiple tasks at once.
- You can solve problems and make sure clients stay happy.
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
