A passionate go-getter who’s eager to dive into the world of IT sales and business development.
No prior Upwork experience required — if you’re new to it, we’ll help you get started!
A social media and tech-savvy person (bonus if you’ve used LinkedIn Sales Navigator before).
Someone with strong communication skills and the ability to craft personalized and engaging messages that connect with clients.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken — because we communicate with clients worldwide!
A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeping track of multiple projects.
A detail-oriented problem solver who knows how to manage their time effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Hunt for new opportunities on Upwork and match them to our skill sets and services.
Respond to incoming customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and suggesting solutions.
Write custom proposals that engage our potential clients and secure deals.
Provide initial consultations and guide clients through how we can help them succeed with Zoho.
Present rough estimates to clients (we’ll help you with the details and technical support).
Keep communication flowing between the client and our internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services to increase the value we provide to our clients.
