VistaCreate is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (Customer Support) to join the CARE team.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be working together with other CARE managers and leads to ensure quality excellence of the customer support services.
Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer support + manager’s responsibilities;
- Previous experience in IT and project management will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A talent to analyze and structure information making it clear for the recipient
- Advanced level of English is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assurance for the CARE team;
- Arrange and conduct training and coaching sessions for the CARE agents;
- Structure and update the instructions for the support agents and customers;
- Developing and updating spiels for the agents;
- Actively participate in the development and launch of the CARE team projects;
- Together with other CARE managers, assure that the CARE team meets the KPI’s and achieves the key business results.
