By joining Vistacreate, you will be working with highly qualified professionals across the globe. You’ll be responsible for key service components. You’ll ideally be a self-starter, proactive in identifying issues and their solutions. You’ll coach and mentor. Through your work, you’ll define and implement services that make up a vital sub-system in your area. You will be faced with complex, ambiguous problems and be given the autonomy to define an approach.

Responsibilities

● Together with analysts and designers, develop the core product VistaCreate — an editor for creating various designs
● Together with the team, execute a strategy for the development of the core product
● Form and test hypotheses, which functionality to build and how it should work, and which one should be removed or updated

API Product manager role

● You know how to monitor product metrics, search for insights and growth points, and track the impact of changes made. You understand how important it is to share the found insights with the team
● You understand how to prioritize tasks and changes. You can answer the question, “what should we implement next and why?”
● You know how to involve and motivate a cross-functional team in high-quality and fast work on a product
● You understand why and how best to maintain product documentation

What is required?

● 3+ years of experience in the position of Product Manager or similar leadership position in a cross-functional team
● The ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, speak directly about problems, ruthlessly prioritize and make difficult decisions
● Experience in a SaaS project, understanding the metrics and economics of such projects will be a plus
● A proactive leader for a team with a natural curiosity
● High level of communication and presentation skills
● B2 and higher level of English
