By joining VistaСreate, you will be working with highly qualified professionals across the globe. You’ll be responsible for key service components. You’ll ideally be a self-starter, proactive in identifying issues and their solutions. You’ll coach and mentor. Through your work, you’ll define and implement services that make up a vital sub-system in your area. You will be faced with complex, ambiguous problems and be given the autonomy to define an approach.

Vistacreate is a place where your seniority will have a huge impact. NodeJS, TypeScript, Go, AWS React. You’ll be up to speed with most of them and hungry to build knowledge on them all. You’ve used your talents in addressing technical sophisticated challenges on a large scale.

You also know how to lead teams and work with people to get the best out of them. Together you will focus on bringing the state of the art solutions to production by focusing on value and quality.

As a principal engineer, you will craft and create architectures the way that teams will be able to provide product solutions, through thin testable verticals.

You will be clarifying, elaborating on the team’s technology roadmap and technical design reviews. You will collaborate across product technology teams, learning and influencing properly across the business.

We follow the „you build it, you run it” principle. The latter means that you will be shipping your own code to the production and you are responsible for creating various dashboards, metrics to track that everything is running properly. You will be conducting technical design reviews and you are always open to providing feedback on others’ design reviews within the scope of your team’s responsibility. One of the main focuses during our transformation period is proper documentation of components being implemented and knowledge sharing.

What is required?

— 8+ years of software engineering experience.

— Excellent communication skills.

— Practical experience with (js).

— Solid understanding of OOP principles.

— MongoDB experience.

— Work experience with AWS.

It will be a big plus:

— Distributed systems experience (queues, locks, scheduling).

— Typescript experience.
