4+ years of experience in leading marketing roles for international B2C companies with customers in US and EU markets.
Proven track record in effectively leading the team towards business KPIs.
Strong skills in developing positioning, communication tactics and sense of visual aesthetics.
Experience in building and maintaining effective paid and organic acquisition channels for customer base growth.
Ambitious and intellectually curious, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth.
Able to prepare business cases and communicate the value of ideas and hypotheses for stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset.
Advanced level of English is a must.

Responsibilities

Initiate and deliver projects within marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, activation and retention using performance, product and brand marketing channels.
Conduct ongoing market, competitive and customer analysis to ensure the product maintains market demands and audience expectations.
Effectively scale acquisition channels and hit target KPIs.
Develop and manage communication of effective messaging to attract new audiences in all sorts of digital media.
Initiating A/B tests and working through set-up, measurement and key KPIs.
Prepare go-to-market and product announcement campaigns for new features.
Identify ways to increase sales and presence by building co-marketing partnerships and product integrations.
