What you’ll do:
- Planning of release cadence and Release window;
- Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality;
- Lead continuous improvements in Release Management related processes;
- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists;
- Maintain documentation related to Release Management processes and procedures;
- Responsible for Release status reporting;
- Accountable for the Delivery Process, which guarantees the quality of end product with minimal amount of defects;
- Responsible for efficient delivery-related communication between Business and Engineering
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous release and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred);
- Formal training in project management practices preferred;
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Strong affinity for metrics and a bias toward data-driven decision making;
- Self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced;
- Experience and effective in high-stress, challenging situations;
- Proven experience in delivering digital projects and products;
- Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity;
- Proven experience in process development and process workflow;
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must.
