We are looking for a L1 Product Support Lead to join our Ukrainian Team
Work Schedule
Monday—Friday, 11 AM—7 РM (Saturday and Sunday off days)

— Good analytical skills, good understanding and practical experience in issue investigation and troubleshooting
— Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere with multiple and changing priorities and responsibilities
— Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
— Excellent problem solving skills
— Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills
— Patience to work through complex issues
— Ability to work independently with excellent time management
— Demonstrable ability to both think strategically and to lead effectively

Обов’язки

— Provide chat and email support to CreatorIQ clients around questions and best practices
— Research, follow up on and resolve client issues in a timely manner
— Update and maintain a running log of all outstanding client issues
— Track the recently created issues by a clients in ZD, troubleshoot
— Analyse the criticality of the issue, prioritize accordingly to criticality
— Keen ability to multi-task; self-starter
