You must be able to read and understand business requirements and turn them into a UI/UX design. Wireframes will not be provided.
Azure DevOps experience is a plus, but not required.

SUMMARY
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for planning and implementing product designs, optimizing user experience, conducting user research, prototyping ideas, and delivering any visual deliverables needed for the project. The UX/UI Designer should provide design direction and work closely with the BA to create mockups that align with the client’s vision and requirements.
AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Reporting to the BA and working in close collaboration with the Software Delivery Manager and QA the UX/UI Designer is responsible for all visual components of the project. The UX/UI Designer will follow up and support the development team and QA to ensure designs are followed correctly.
The UX/UI Designer must have a strong understanding of design principles and how they relate to software development. The UX/UI Designer reports to the BA when clarification is required on project deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Estimates:
— Review the Requirements Doc
— Work with the BA to clear up any questions and get any feedback/requests outlined by the client
— Create an initial
— Work with the BA and Software Delivery Manager to create project estimate
— Once the prototype and estimate have been approved create a full mockup, making adjustments as needed until the designs are finalized by the client and BA
Daily Execution:
— Be available to answer design questions, provide additional assets, and work on new mockups for change requests
— Work with the QA as required to ensure designs have been implemented correctly
