• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Understanding Telecom BSS data flows and specifying required integration points with internal systems, customer legacy systems and any possible third party systems required to support the use cases
• Experience in creating a path from as-is to to-be, mitigating any system level impacts, risks and threats to customer’s business transformation program
• Skills in communicating plans to technical experts and managers alike.
• Fluency in English and Russian is a requirement
• Previous technical experience in telecom domain
• Willingness to travel

The Delivery Director is responsible for providing technical advice and direction to teams and customers with a view to inform business strategy, and deliver technical solutions, that drives innovation and business outcomes in agile way of working.
You will be responsible in building the team and the process to facilitate the customization and the integration process. Within this team, you will work alongside the teams that mainly focus on software architecture, platform delivery and integrating with internal systems, customer legacy systems and any possible third party systems.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with responsibility of directing a team of Solution Architects, Leads and Senior developers to deliver products and services, built around the needs of our customers, overall playing the role of tech lead and mentor fellow team members.

As a Development Director, you will be also responsible for the following:
• Setting budgets and agreeing project time scales and deadlines with clients.
• Holding weekly internal and external meetings on progress.
