Requirements
— Higher education
— Work experience in a similar position (IT support or helpdesk) from 1 year
— Knowledge of Windows 7-10, macOS, Linux
— Knowledge of Google Apps, networks, slack, good knowledge of IT equipment
— English — intermediate
— A high and positive level of communication is required
— Positive, responsible, proactive, self-organized, ready to learn

Responsibilities
— Working with incidents and requests in Jira and Slack
— Technical support and consulting for CQ residents and CQ Team
— Installing and configuring software
— Diagnose and repair equipment
— Carrying out an inventory and maintaining the asset database up to date
— Diagnose and fix network issues
— Cabling network equipment in Server Rooms
— Organization and maintenance of order in IT Stock
— Troubleshoot software and hardware issues remotely and locally
— User account management in internal systems
— Managing access rights in the Access Control System
— Video and Audio systems maintenance
