Requirements:
Mandatory:
Outstanding skills in networking, business development and relationship building
Ability to build own sales funnel and achieve specific sales volume KPIs (deals, revenue) monthly/quarterly
Knowledge of sales automation tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, GetResponse, Pipedrive etc.) and habit to work through those
Knowledge of English (writing and speaking) — expert level
Selfstarter, autonomous and hard-working
Nice to have:
Existing network of contact (100+) of decision makers in Ukrainian IT companies
Deep knowledge of Ukrainian and Global IT industry and how sales are done;

Active Sales Manager’s responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement active sales strategy on local market:
— Ability to generate own “sales funnel” through networking and partnerships
— Constant work with CEO and CRO to plan events visits and networking
— Generate leads through LinkedIn and other databases;
— Cold e-mailing and cold calling;
— Work with brokers on the market to maximize relationships and leads through them;
— Actively network, attend events to generate leads through other channels at local (Ukrainian market)
Develop and implement active sales strategy on global market for “R&D center” clients:
— Actively network, attend events to generate leads through other channels at local (Global market — N.America and Europe)
— Generate leads through LinkedIn and other databases;
— Cold e-mailing and messaging to determine interest;
— Suggest/initiate other activities that would allow us to attract NEW Large clients from abroad (target — launch new “Ring R&D center” in Ukraine)
Manage all inbound sales requests of
— Process all CxO referrals and brokers’ requests
— Process social media requests (SMM) ;
— Process web-site, partner sites requests;
— Process phone calls from potential clients;
— Convert those into deals
