We at Cre8 Team are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our growing team, and you might be the perfect fit!

👍 It will be a perfect match if you have:

• At least 1 year of proven experience working in an IT company (design studio, development company, product company, etc.) as a UI/UX designer
• Commercial experience working with web and mobile apps, SaaS platforms, LMS, and/or eCommerce projects
• A portfolio with real commercial projects (be ready to share Figma source files during the call)
• Strong understanding of design best practices and principles
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, variables, auto-layouts, plugins, prototyping)
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (Advanced/Fluent is a big advantage)
• Self-organization, result-orientation, self-motivation, open-mindedness, and proactivity
• A passion for learning new things and self-improvement

👌 Also, it would be great if you have:

• Experience in brainstorming with clients on calls
• Experience in User Research, Analytic Exploration, JTBD, CJM, and User tests
• Experience working with AI, sport, crypto, financial, and medical projects
• Experience in AI prototyping (Lovable, V0, Relume, Bolt.new, etc.)
