— Bachelor’s Degree, preferably related to Online Marketing and Communication/Management/Branding
— 5+ years experience in digital marketing roles, working on large scale e-commerce B2C projects
— 2+ years experience in content marketing roles with a proven track of implementing successful cross-platform strategies driving revenue growth
— High quality content creation skills and experience is required
— Experience with market research techniques and competitive analysis
— Strong analytical abilities
— Hands on experience with FB, Twitter & Google ads, e-mail marketing
— Good understanding of web analytics tools
— Good understanding of digital marketing practices and metrics, specially SEO, SMM
— Excellent presentation skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
— Team player, proactive, motivated

— Develop a multiple channel Marketing Strategy and Advertising Roadmap that delivers world-class content and drives the revenue growth;
— Use customer and trend research to create strategies that will identify the brand and deploy advertising plans;
— Collect KPIs and analyze the performance of the different marketing initiatives;
— Manage external agency partners, technology partners and internal teams;
— Execute SEO/SMM/PPC: define a keyword and message universe that aligns with audience needs, business priorities and inbound traffic goals, collaborating other internal or external teams as needed;
— Identify emerging and future opportunities to drive customer acquisition;
— Ensure timely and seamless activation and amplification of Advertising Plan;
— Understand the competitive landscape and general trends. Measure and report on changes;
— Leverage audience insights, personas, create a steady stream of initiatives and use cases across various digital channels;
— Gather industry insights to improve company’s marketing and content strategy
— Drive and execute on the opportunities identified to support strategic SEO and digital marketing wide growth objectives.
