🟠 Details: we are looking for a proactive QA Engineer with a strong manual testing background who can confidently operate within a fast-paced, multi-project environment. The ideal candidate is someone who takes full ownership of product quality, from reviewing requirements to delivering verified, stable releases.
🟠 Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and standard processes.
- Previous experience working in Agile teams.
- Ability to analyze user stories and acceptance criteria to create clear and effective test cases.
- Experience performing cross-browser testing and validating responsive layouts.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support debugging and issue investigation.
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and clear communication skills.
- English language proficiency at B2 level (upper-intermediate) and above.
🟠 Would be a plus:
- Ability to review and validate designs using Figma.
- Experience testing platforms with multiple user roles or permission levels.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman.
🟠 Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web applications.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing across multiple environments.
- Review user stories and acceptance criteria before release to ensure alignment with business logic and UX expectations.
- Verify UI/UX consistency against design specifications in Figma.
- Log, document, and monitor defects using tracking tools.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure responsiveness and compatibility.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and validate implemented fixes.
- Check basic frontend-to-backend data consistency using browser developer tools or API responses.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups, providing clear QA progress updates and highlighting risks.
- Contribute to test strategy discussions and propose process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Align sprint testing priorities with the team throughout the development cycle.
- Maintain and update user documentation when required.
