Organize and participate in discovery analysis sessions with stakeholders.
Gather and document requirements: develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and User Stories aligned with client objectives.
Create and maintain Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for MVPs and further releases.
Create process diagrams, user flows, and data flow diagrams based on gathered insights.
Own the requirements backlog, ensuring traceability, prioritization, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Support early-stage project scoping: Assist Tech Leads, PMs, and Sales teams during the project estimation and solution shaping phases.
Facilitate clarification discussions, validate requirements, and ensure proper communication flow between business and technical teams.
Summarize findings and present business solutions in a clear, client-friendly manner.
Optional, depending on previous experience: contribute to business proposals and project outlines; act as a proxy PO for short discovery-to-MVP engagements when needed.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a proficient Business Analyst, preferably in IT outsourcing or consulting companies.
Proven expertise in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, delivery teams, and third parties.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Solid experience in using modelling standards and techniques (UML, BPMN, flowcharts) to map business processes.
Proficiency in writing clear, comprehensive, and actionable User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Cases.
Self-starter attitude: able to operate independently based on high-level project goals, comfortable in ambiguity.
Upper-Intermediate (B2), both written and spoken.
Hands-on experience with modern collaboration and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, FigJam, Lucidchart, etc.).
Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, web-based applications, and/or mobile product ecosystems.
Nice to have:
Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or EdTech domains.
Familiarity with NGO, governmental, or public sector projects.
Basic understanding of API integrations and software design fundamentals
Previous exposure to discovery phase workshops and pre-sales consulting activities.
