Requirements
- 3+ years of Outbound SDR/Lead Generation experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing company;
- At least 2 years of experience in LinkedIn outbound sales;
- Ability to connect and develop strong prospect relationships;
- Willingness to take ownership and execute;
- Superb written and verbal communication skills;
- At least Upper-intermediate English level.
- 1 year of team management experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Prepare and run effective high-quality multi-channel campaigns for various ICPs.
- Testing of new customer search channels;
- Working with modern outreach automation tools;
- Contacting potential customers through emails, Linkedin and networking;
- Hunting for new accounts and “warm up” cold leads, nurturing them through all the stages of the funnel;
- Training and mentoring of lead generators;
- Overseeing the lead generators to make sure the pipeline is built efficiently;
- Work with analytics: preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
