Our expertise: web and mobile apps, eCommerce, fintech, and information portals.


  • 3+ years of Outbound SDR/Lead Generation experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing company;
  • At least 2 years of experience in LinkedIn outbound sales;
  • Ability to connect and develop strong prospect relationships;
  • Willingness to take ownership and execute;
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills;
  • At least Upper-intermediate English level.
  • 1 year of team management experience is an advantage


  • Prepare and run effective high-quality multi-channel campaigns for various ICPs.
  • Testing of new customer search channels;
  • Working with modern outreach automation tools;
  • Contacting potential customers through emails, Linkedin and networking;
  • Hunting for new accounts and “warm up” cold leads, nurturing them through all the stages of the funnel;
  • Training and mentoring of lead generators;
  • Overseeing the lead generators to make sure the pipeline is built efficiently;
  • Work with analytics: preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
