About the company:
CostCare AI is a Ukrainian B2B SaaS startup building AI CRM with our AI sales agent to answer client inquiries, and making autonomous actions.
We already have a proof — our AI sales agent lifting 60% of workforce load for our clients! And there is still plenty room to improve. We also have rased $500,000 of angel investment for our business.
Our vision is to increase our agent self learning capabilities, add more capabilities and make interaction with Agent inside platform to feel human like. Also add to platform more agentic functions to bring interaction with CRM to next level.
What you’ll be working on:
We have 3 main areas in our application:
AI core: Improve the quality of our AI sales agent in platform. This comes both to onboarding clients and improve already launched AI for a client. Our main metric here is autonomous resolution rate. Here you would work closely with existing clients, triage problems, and you will see the result of you work immediately in ongoing chats.
Conversation channels: Support and extend existing (Instagram, whatsapp). Add more channels( like telegram, viber, etc)
Platform: we just launched our platform. we want to make it great place to interact with customers, AI and existing data.

The product is still in an early stage, so you’ll have the opportunity to influence the tech stack and help shape the architecture as we grow.
