Our expanding company is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, develop, organize, implement, measure, and evaluate our owned social media channels.
It is important for us that you have:
✔️ 2+ years of experience in SMM, preferably in B2B product companies (ideally fintech)
✔️ Experience developing and implementing social media strategies
✔️ Knowledge of online marketing channels
✔️ Experience in ad campaigns across platforms, particularly LinkedIn Ads
✔️ Ability to produce creative content ideas (text, image, and video)
✔️ B2/C1 English level
You will be responsible for:
✔️ Crafting strategies for LinkedIn and other company’s social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
✔️ Creating and distributing engaging content across platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn. Plus, curating the profiles of company’s
✔️ Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance data to offer suggestions for improvement.
✔️ Interacting with users across platforms, managing inquiries.
✔️ Staying up-to-date with current social media technologies and trends, design tools, and applications.
✔️ Observing and analysing competitors social content activities.
✔️ Collaboration with PR and HR team members to boost company’s reputation, brand awareness and promote HR brand across social media channels.
Would be a plus:
✔️ Skills in copywriting and video content production (experience in managing video production tools and external video production teams as subcontractors)
