Our ideal candidate
— You are an experienced Middle UX/UI designer who is confident working on a range of projects like interface and interaction design, user experience and research, data visualization, applications design within a single product of Corva
— You work as a UX Specialist for at least 3 years
— You are familiar with the best design processes and practices and can apply your skills freely in a dynamic and fast-growing team
— You have a strong portfolio (please, attach it to your CV) that shows catchy and bold Web/Mobile interfaces, usability problems that you successfully solved, application or service designs (not websites), user flows for at least 3 projects. It would be great if you include how you applied UX methods to your work, and see deliverables after user research or usability testing that you conducted
— We’d like you to be familiar with IOS/Android Guidelines, Responsive design, and show understanding of web/mobile/desktop design difference
— We love Figma and expect you have an experience with it
— A plus will be your skills using a design system, ability to present your work by interactive prototypes and or any data visualization experience.

As a Product Designer, you will be working in the Corva team of skilled designers and software engineers. Your key responsibilities will be the following:
— Work as a Design Generalist in a Scrum Team: Research, Design, Test, and Dev-Support product design solutions from the idea to final implementation
— Create and implement design solutions on Corva Platform, Dev Center, Corva Applications
— Participate in Design Team Activities, Contribute to Design System and Corva Design Culture
— Collaborate closely with Front End, Business Analysis, QA, and Product Management Teams
— Design Interfaces and Data visualizations, face redesign and concept design challenges for diverse Corva Products
— Participate and facilitate Team workshops and brainstorming of new features
— Grow as a UX designer with a strong Product mindset.
