The candidate is responsible for working with our team to recruit and hire the next generation of superstars who work at Corva. As well as the coordination and administration of day-to-day operations and office management.

The Opportunity

— Support the People Operations Department in implementing positive company culture to improve the employee experience
— Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
— Identify, research and get-to-know possible candidates
— Interview candidates thoughtfully and efficiently
— Administer benefits program
— Support onboarding of new hires
— Taking part in corporate events
— Support any employee relations issues
— Ensure all work is prioritized and completed correctly
— Prepare written reports regarding status and progress
— Other duties as required

The Person

— 2 years of Recruiter/HR experience, minimum 1 year in IT industry
— Ability to use a wide variety of tools to recruit talent
— Ability to work well with teams effectively
— Analytical thinking skills
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

As a plus:
— Experience in office management or event management
