Corewide is a DevOps service company, founded in 2015. We are searching for a smart and efficient person with good written English to join us as a Technical Support Engineer.
Main duty is to provide 24/7 technical support of a large video-hosting service located in USA. This is L1 technical support for client’s engineering team (NOT a customer/end user support). This is a shifting job and implies certain amount of night shifts (either from home or from the office, up to you).
Our primary area of competence is providing DevOps services and our technical support engineers can take free corporate DevOps course provided by our experienced mentors. In case of successful completion of the course, there is an option to switch to DevOps engineering.
