In search of a Customer Success Manager who is deeply committed to ensuring customer success, placing it as a primary focus rather than mere satisfaction.

This is important to us:
— A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Manager;
— At least 1+ year of experience in the Fintech/PayTech industry;
— Demonstrated ability to prioritize, make decisions, and perform effectively in high-pressure situations;
— Possession of an analytical mind, a penchant for data, and strong problem-solving skills;
— Advanced interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders;
— High energy, self-motivated, and well-organized;
— Solid proficiency with CRM, task management software, and spreadsheets;
— Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English.

Will be plus:
— Upper-Intermediate level of German/French/Spanish;
— Work experience with customers from Asia-Pacific (APAC) is a Plus;
— Work experience with customers in the High risk industry;
— Technical mindset, which refers to the use of a product or service.

What you will do:
— Explore customer business needs and be able to align them to product functionality to drive key customer outcomes;
— Understand and articulate key industry and product best practices;
— Planning: estimate the efforts for project delivery, plan and schedule all required activities to meet the client’s business goal;
— Stakeholders management: manage communication and expectations of all project stakeholders;
— Become an expert in Product and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products;
— Setting up additional product configurations for customers, testing, and transfer of functionality to the client;
— Manage account retention and renewal, and inform customers about new features and functionalities;
— Increase product usage by making up-sales and cross-sales;
— Review customer complaints and concerns and improve the customer experience;
— Collaborate with other teams, including product development, to ensure a seamless experience for clients;
— Work with agreements.
