Corefy is a one-stop, feature-rich payment platform for online businesses and financial institutions. We integrate providers and acquirers around the world to create a single interface for monitoring and managing cash flows. We are an IT company with an R&D office in Kyiv. The team consists of 80+ people. The CEO of the company has participated in such projects as Webmoney, Interkassa, RBKMoney, etc. Our team is looking for Account manager.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred;
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management;
  • Solid experience with CRM, Task management software, and spreadsheets;
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts;
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills;
  • Upper Intermediate level of English.


  • Become an expert in Product and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products;
  • Work with customers to ensure they went live and are using Product effectively and finding value in our services;
  • Setting up product configurations for customers, testing and transfer of functionality to the client;
  • Be a customer advocate while processing customer requests and feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development;
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements;
  • Manage account retention and renewal, inform customers about new features and functionalities;
  • Increase product adoption and usage by making up-sales and cross-sales;
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Technical teams to align the company’s efforts into exceptional customer service;
  • Maintenance of relevant CRM system and keeping all customer relations well documented and up-to-date.
