Responsibilities:
- Handle the company’s legal, administrative, and accounting processes..
- Ensure compliance with national regulations and reporting requirements.
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the CEO.
- Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and internal communication.
- Support startups within the accelerator on basic administrative, legal, and financial matters.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external use.
- Assist with procurement, contracts, and service agreements.
Requirements:
- Experience in defence tech administration, operations, or management.
- Knowledge of legal, compliance, and accounting processes in Ukraine.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to support both leadership and defence tech startups with administrative needs.
- High attention to detail in managing documents and processes
- Strong communication skills in Ukrainian; working ability in English.
