Необхідні навички

1-3 years of relevant IT experience;
• Must be fluent in Russian/Ukrainian and intermediate in English;
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Windows 10;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products and Applications;
• Basic computer network understanding.

Обов’язки

• End user support which would include both hardware and software troubleshooting for workstations (Desktops/MAC), basic network issues, and related application support;
• Setting up, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing PCs, office equipment, network equipment and phones;
• Assist the internal user community and provide an initial response to service requests;
• Assist user requests directly, over the phone and using remote access tools;
• Perform routine active directory administration tasks.

Our Kiev RnD office is currently seeking an entry level, proactive, energetic IT Help Desk Support individual with 1-3 years’ experience to troubleshoot any help desk, network, systems issues. In this role you will provide help desk support, system administration and maintenance of networks and PC systems for all users. As our Help Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design, development and delivery of our Customer Support and Help Desk solutions. This includes developments, enhancements, and version upgrades.
