Scrum Project Manager (US Market)

Requirements:

● Fluent in spoken English (work with US team);

● Be flexible with the US schedule. Working hours from 05:00 pm to 01:00 am EET;

● Ability to prioritize tasks for the team and coordinate multiple projects in a changing environment;

Responsibilities:

• Lead the cross-functional team through the product life cycle of both ConveyThis and future products, from inception to launch and beyond, including backlog grooming, sprints, and other business product KPIs;
• Embrace a user-centered approach throughout product; development, ensuring user feedback and comprehensive market research are at the forefront of product decisions;
• Create and manage detailed tasks in Trello, based on provided input, and ensure the team executes them with the highest quality in the shortest timeframe possible;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
• Clearly define and communicate the unique value propositions of our products, ensuring they stand out in the marketplace;
• Apply learnings from ConveyThis’s launch and performance to the development and launch strategies of future products, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
