We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team comprised of a project manager, data engineer, data analyst, UX researcher, UX/UI designer, copywriter, developer, and QA engineer. Your responsibility will be to drive significant improvements in key revenue metrics for our clients.

You will report to both the Growth Product Lead and the Head of Operations.

Ownership

Take charge of overall funnel optimization and lead cross-functional teams to implement and manage growth initiatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team (Project Manager, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, UX Researcher, UI/UX Designer, Copywriter, Developer, QA Engineer) to implement and manage growth initiatives.
  • Take ownership of delivering uplift in key revenue metrics for allocated clients.
  • Work closely with the client’s product team to achieve tangible, quantifiable, and sustainable improvements in key revenue metrics by generating and validating data-driven CRO/UXO hypotheses.
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring each receives a dedicated and effective optimization strategy.

Our work process includes in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to base our hypotheses. These are coordinated with the client, validated through A/B testing, and used to make data-driven decisions.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in testing hypotheses and improving product conversion rates and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Advanced Product Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing product data to drive informed decisions.
  • A/B Testing Experience: Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Statistical Understanding: Knowledge of A/B testing statistics.
  • Monetization and CRO Expertise: Strong grasp of monetization strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • UX Expertise: UX Design and Optimization experience.
  • Cross-Functional Team Experience: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English.

Additional requirements you provided:

  • Minimum 3 years of Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in growth product management for consumer subscription startups/companies etc.
  • Proficient in Data Analysis Tools: Ability to work with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Hands-On Learning Approach: Willingness to dive into the intricacies of what works and what doesn’t.
