Необхідні навички

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferably Business, Management of Technical);
• EN language (advanced level);
• 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst supporting complex information technology systems;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience using bug-tracking software (e.g. JIRA) and team collaboration software (e.g. Confluence).
• Experience in Business Intelligence is a plus;
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools;
• Experience in one or more of the following systems is a plus: SAP ERP or Transport Management Systems;
• Working experience in estimation, planning and conducting BA activities;
• Test documentation development principles and methods (test cases, test suites, bug reports, checklists, traceability matrix);

Обов’язки

• Perform a role of a Proxy Product Owner in a project;
• Gather and further analyze the requirements provided by Stakeholders and Product Owner;
• Conduct solution assessment and validation;
• Develop technical specifications, which include: functional overview, data requirements, interface requirements, data mapping, processing requirements, business rules, account coding logics;
• Document requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents;
• Visualize requirements by creating data flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes;
• Analyse Сlients’ data and put in the system required for further Audit Process;
• Software set up and business processes implementation from kick off meeting;
• Fulfil testing of all Сlients’ processes within our database system before UAT;
• Demonstrate the customized system/tools/services to the client to ensure that the Client has the appropriate knowledge to use our system after implementation;
• Responsible for development of the final implementation according the requirements received from the Client and Project team specialists;
• Complete all implementation project tasks within the fixed deadlines;
• Assist clients with the configuration of the application based on their workflow and business needs;
• Provide initial support to internal departments to answer specific questions regarding the specifications and documentation;
• Ensure timely reporting to Business Analyst Lead and Director ICT;
